Box 3 is the fee paid to the buyer's agent that brings you the buyer. Box 4 is the amount we save you when you list with our flat-fee MLS. The MLS rules and regulations require a commission when a property is listed in the MLS system. You can offer a flat fee or a percentage. We recommend offering 2.5%. Keep in mind that the higher the compensation offered, the more incentive a buyer's agent has to show your property.
